While greatly improving the service level, the wide application of information technology has gradually shown its effectiveness in reducing the management and operating costs of commercial banks, and has played an important role in promoting the transformation of bank operations. For example, with the rapid development of customer scale and service ability, the rise of e-banking channels such as online banking has also played a pivotal role in the transformation of ICBC's development mode. At present, e-banking has become the main channel for transactions and services of ICBC. While improving the ability and level of banking services to customers, it also leads banking services to enter the development stage of e-finance and green finance. At the same time, the rapid development of e-banking also alleviates the contradiction between the rapid growth of banking business volume and the relatively limited resources of physical outlets, and promotes the development of business and the improvement of efficiency. Today, the daily business volume handled through ICBC's e-banking has exceeded the business scale handled by all business outlets of the bank.
